What? Proposal is to create between 30 and 50 new homes within the first phase of the St Botolph’s Quarter development. These will be unique in their design, high quality and sustainability- focused perhaps including green roofs, rainwater recycling and solar alternative heat and power sources.
When? The current state of the housing market means that it is difficult to predict when these homes will be built.
Who? It is anticipated that these homes will be made available through an affordable housing provider. Colchester Borough Council is currently seeking bids for this project from affordable housing providers.
