Magistrates' Court
What? A new Magistrates’ Court. The new development will also facilitate the creation of a new public square adjacent to the Colchester Town Railway Station.
When? Plans for have recently been approved by the Council which will be delivered in 2011.
Who? Her Majesty's Court Service (HMCS) will be appointing contractors shortly with a view to starting on site in 2010.
