What? A programme of refurbishment both inside the building and out. The upstairs of the building will be converted to provide 5 new residential units and externally the façade of the building will be repainted and benefit from improved lighting.
When? Completion due by the end of December 2009.
Who? The Borough Council has worked in partnership with the owner of this building to bring about the improvements.
